• Shop and reserve formalwear and accessories for groom

• Plan the reception
o Select theme
o Select and meet with MC
o Select speakers and plan the speaking order
• Register with bridal registry
• Book for pre-wedding photography session with your
photographer
• Shop for hair and makeup artist
• Inform the out of town guest of wedding dates to help
them make travel arrangements.
• Book hair and makeup appointments for bride and her
attendants
• Chose reception favors.
• Meet with your florist to select floral arrangements
• Make honeymoon plans and travel arrangements
• Reserve hotel rooms or make arrangements with hotels
for our of town guests
• Order invitations
• Meet with minister / wedding officiate to plan ceremony
3 months ahead
• Prepare final wedding guest list and mail wedding
invitations

• Meet with Hair and makeup for the a practice run and
confirm booking for the wedding day
• Finalize arrangements with :

• Book yourself for manicure etc. for the day before the

• Final dress fittings for bride and her attendants
• Final fittings for groom and his attendants
• Prepare:
o thank you speech for the reception
o reception seating plan
o announcement for post wedding
o envelopes for payments to wedding service providers
The day before
• Pamper yourself with manicure, massages, pedicure
etc.
• Pack for the wedding night and the honeymoon
• marriage license to officiate
• Rehearsal and the rehearsal party
• Designate someone like your Best Man to look after
the payment envelopes.
The big day!
• Transfer your engagement ring to the right hand
• Remember the wedding rings, marriage license, travel
documents for honeymoon
• Be ready for the photographer, relax and enjoy your
day!
